Epidural video now in 24 languages

The LabourPains team is pleased to announce that, following feedback from expectant parents and healthcare professionals, our popular 'Pain relief in labour: epidural information' video is now available in 24 languages in the Video Resources section of the website.

This important update aims to make trusted information about epidural pain relief more accessible to families from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them make informed decisions about their care.

Dr Gemma Crossingham, Head of the LabourPains Subcommittee, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer our epidural video in multiple languages. These videos are an invaluable resource for expectant mothers and their families, clearly explaining what an epidural involves, what to expect during the procedure, and helping them feel more informed and prepared before giving birth.

"We hope these translations will improve access to high-quality information for even more families."
